On the second day of the tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, you’ll head out for a half-day tour of the legendary city of Troy. With your expert guide, you’ll explore the ruins of Troy, a city steeped in history and myth, as described in the epic Greek poem the Iliad by Homer. You’ll also have the chance to learn about the city’s historical significance and cultural importance, as well as to see the original Trojan Horse that was used in the movie Troy, which is displayed in Canakkale. After the tour, you’ll have some free time to wander around Canakkale before being driven back to Istanbul at 6:00 pm. The tour concludes with drop-off at your Istanbul hotel.
