Sagalassos Antique City
Located on 9000 feet high on the Taurus Mountains, it was one of the most impotant cities of Pisidia during Roman Period. The area was occupied since 14th century BC but Sagalassos prospered under Roman Empire and became a metropolis. The city has rich clay deposits nearby so Sagalassos was famous with Terra Sigillata teype potteries which are very in demand so it was a rich and prosperious city. Today the city is almost completely preserved. The state agora, fountains, theater, baths, heroon and temples are some of the remains we will see.

- Pick up from your hotel in the morning and drive to Salda Lake.
- We will visit Salda Lake, walk around the lake to explore the beauties of this white sanded natural beauty. We will take photos as well.
- Lunch break around Salda lake and drive to Sagalassos.
- We will visit Sagalassos, this very well preserved antique city and see The state agora, fountains, theater, baths, heroon and temples.
- After the tour we will drive back to Pamukkale to your hotel.
